Before You Invest in AI, Know Where You Stand
Most organisations rush into artificial intelligence without understanding their own operational baseline. The result: wasted budgets, misaligned tools, and frustrated teams. Integrity AI Works takes a different approach — we begin every engagement with a structured diagnostic, so your AI investment targets the right problems from day one.

Quick AI Readiness Check
AI Readiness Matrix
This matrix reflects the six dimensions we evaluate during every initial diagnostic. Each dimension receives a status based on your current organisational posture. We use this to build a prioritised action plan before writing a single line of code.
| Dimension | What We Assess | Typical Status |
|---|---|---|
| Data Infrastructure | Quality, accessibility, and governance of existing data assets. We examine storage formats, pipeline maturity, and whether data is siloed or unified. | Partial |
| Process Clarity | How well current workflows are documented and whether bottlenecks are quantified. Undocumented processes cannot be automated reliably. | Weak |
| Team Capability | Technical literacy across relevant teams. We assess not just developers, but operations staff who will interact with AI outputs daily. | Partial |
| Compliance Posture | Regulatory constraints, data protection obligations, and algorithmic accountability requirements specific to your sector. | Strong |
| Budget Alignment | Whether investment expectations match realistic development timelines. We flag mismatches early to prevent scope creep. | Partial |
| Outcome Definition | Clarity of success metrics. If you cannot define what "working AI" looks like for your organisation, the project is at risk from the start. | Weak |
"Integrity AI Works didn't just build us a model — they rebuilt how we think about our own data. The diagnostic phase alone saved us from a six-figure mistake." — Operations Director, Midlands logistics firm (2024 engagement)
Case: Compliance Document Triage
A financial services client was spending 26 staff-hours per week manually sorting regulatory correspondence. After a three-week diagnostic and six-week build, we deployed a classification model that reduced triage time by 71%, freeing compliance officers to focus on substantive review rather than sorting.
Engagement duration: 9 weeks · Model accuracy at launch: 94.2%
Choose Your Starting Point
Every organisation enters the AI conversation from a different position. Select the pathway that best describes where you are now.
Exploration
You suspect AI could help but haven't identified specific use cases. We run a structured discovery workshop and deliver a prioritised opportunity report within two weeks.
Request DiscoveryValidation
You have a use case in mind but need to confirm feasibility before committing budget. We build a proof-of-concept with real data and honest performance benchmarks.
Start ValidationDeployment
You have a validated model or prototype that needs production-grade engineering, integration, monitoring, and ongoing support. We take it from lab to live.
Plan DeploymentHow We Work: Diagnostic-First Methodology
Intake Conversation
A 45-minute call to understand your organisation, existing technology, team structure, and what prompted you to explore AI. No sales pitch — just questions.
Diagnostic Assessment
We examine your data, processes, compliance constraints, and team readiness across six dimensions. This typically takes five to seven working days and results in a written readiness report.
Opportunity Mapping
Based on the diagnostic, we identify and rank AI opportunities by impact, feasibility, and risk. You receive a clear recommendation — sometimes that recommendation is to wait.
Scoped Build
If a project proceeds, we define scope tightly: fixed deliverables, measurable success criteria, and a timeline with fortnightly checkpoints. No open-ended retainers.
Monitored Handover
Post-deployment, we monitor model performance for 30 days and train your team on maintenance. You own the code, the model, and the data pipeline entirely.
Are We the Right Fit?
We work best with organisations that meet most of these criteria. If you're unsure, the diagnostic will clarify.
- Your organisation has at least 15 employees or handles data at a scale that justifies automation.
- You can allocate a named internal contact to collaborate with our team during the engagement.
- You have existing data — even imperfect data — that relates to the problem you want to solve.
- Your leadership understands that AI is a tool, not magic, and expects measurable outcomes rather than vague transformation.
- You are prepared to invest in the diagnostic phase before committing to a full build.

A Note on Our Principles
We named the company Integrity AI Works because we believe the AI industry has a credibility problem. Too many vendors sell capabilities they cannot deliver, use opaque pricing, and leave clients dependent on proprietary systems they don't understand.
Our commitments: transparent pricing before work begins, full code ownership for clients, honest feasibility assessments even when the honest answer is "not yet," and no lock-in contracts. If we can't help, we'll say so.
